Return Policy
We only refund the goods when we have received the return packages in good order. We reserve the right to reject the refund if the returned items are not new, show signs of wear or are not in their original boxes.
Return / Cancellation / Exchange
You must first notify us on the site of the items you wish to return or cancel. You must also explain to us the reason for the return. We do not take any return items unless they have significant manufacturing defects (large defects and not just stains or the like). Order cancellations may only be possible if the order has not yet been delivered to the carrier, otherwise this is no longer possible. Returned products must be new and unworn, in their original boxes and packaging. They must reach us no later than 14 days from the date of receipt of the products. Once this time has elapsed, we no longer accept returns. If the items show signs of wear, tears, stains etc... we reserve the right to reject returns and refuse reimbursement. You will receive your items again and you will have to pay the delivery costs. All product return costs are the responsibility of the customer. We do not make any exchanges except product error on our part.
