Shipping information
As soon as the package is taken care of by transport (once the order has been paid for), delivery in France is made within 24 to 72 hours, European countries between 48 and 72 hours approximately. For shipments outside Europe, allow between 48 hours and about a week for more distant destinations.
Return Policy
No refund. Return possible in the form of a credit only, complaint to be made within 7 days from the date of receipt of the order. Items must be returned new (neither worn nor damaged) in their packaging.
Return / Cancellation / Exchange
You have 7 days from the date of receipt of the package to claim your return: Return in the form of a credit note. The costs of returning the package are your responsibility. You can claim a cancellation of the order as long as it has not yet been paid and/or shipped. No exchange possible.
