Return Policy
Reimbursement if valid reason (defect, error in the order etc...) and once the products have returned to our depot. If the return is due to an error on our part, the shipping costs are at our expense.
Return / Cancellation / Exchange
Return without possible reason at the customer's expense (notify us before for confirmation), possible cancellations before the shipment of the order otherwise return at the customer's expense. Possible exchange.
