We refund if the products do not correspond to the order.
Return / Cancellation / Exchange
Any article received defective or presenting an anomaly can be returned to us after agreement of the latter. This should only include the exact quantities and references for which you have obtained a return authorization. Upon receipt, defective items will be exchanged to you within the limits of available stocks. If the same items are no longer in stock, a credit note will be sent to you, the corresponding amount will then be deducted from your next invoice. For any return of goods that have not been the subject of a return authorization, no exchange will be made and no credit note will be issued. You must contact us first by telephone before any return of goods.
